Don't Miss this Opportunity

Just want to remind you that AQS Quilt Week, Daytona Beach, will be here before you know it. One of my classes is already filled so I don't want you to miss out on all of them by not registering soon for these which are still open:

To start the week, on Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 11-12 you may just want to sit back, relax, and dream as I will show you as many tricks and tips as I can fit into my hour presentation about making realistic fabric pictures-the whole thing-from soup to nuts-A to Z-the whole enchilada! I'll show you lots of art I've created as well as just how I create it. You will come away with the 'I can do that' attitude that will put you on the easy road to creating your own beautiful fabric landscapes.

Now if you want to learn how to stitch those trees in free motion-I've got you covered! I developed my process over several years to make it very effective and yet very simple. The stitching is done directly on the project, no need to transfer it to the project after you do the stitching. It's so wonderful to do that I call it 'Two Stitch Magic'. Come and learn how to do some magic of your own. This class is Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 1-4. You'll leave class with a sampler or each of the trees we'll make.

If you have wanted to learn to make unpainted, simple fabric landscapes-have I got one for you! From the basic elements in this suggested picture, you will learn how to choose, attach, arrange, secure, stitch and frame your own little masterpiece. (Of course, it can be added to any fabric project you have, as well.) No kidding-everyone who has taken this class has been amazed at how easy it is and how well they can do it! Think of it as a launchpad for more of your own ideas!

WIn, win! Friday, March 1, 9-4.

Have a lovely holiday, see you in Daytona Beach in February!
